The Heart of Teaching: A 200-Hour YTT Experience

Rooted in classical wisdom and enriched with modern teaching methods, this program weaves together asana, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and the art of meaningful instruction. You’ll grow not only as a practitioner, but as a mindful, heart-led teacher prepared to guide others with purpose and grace.

• 10-month format: Second Thursday to Sunday per month
• Small group training in-person at Serenity Willow, Arlington Heights, IL
