Diane turned to yoga over a decade ago to better manage her daily stress. Over time she found that it led to a significant improvement in her physical and emotional health.
In 2017 she took her first 200-hour certification to deepen her own practice and help others through the science and philosophy of yoga. She then took a second 200-hour training course in 2022 that focused on biomechanics and bioenergetics to round out her skill and develop a practice that includes strength, flexibility, mobility, and emotional benefits.
Diane’s teaching style combines breath-centered movement with thoughtful alignment. Rooted with compassion and authenticity, she supports each student’s unique journey with many on the mat principles being applied off the mat.
Elizabeth trained through Prairie Yoga and Prema Yoga Institute. Her 1,000-hour yoga therapy training was mentored by Dr. Loren Fishman, a pioneer in integrating yoga with Western medicine. She has also studied Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, deepening her understanding of nervous system support and the art of deep rest.
Her teaching focuses on gentle, therapeutic yoga that meets each student exactly where they are. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to support healing, balance, and resilience, often incorporating myofascial release techniques, mindful movement, and extended meditation, enhanced by the soothing tones of a crystal singing bowl.
Whether you’re working with physical limitations, recovering from injury, or seeking a more mindful, nurturing practice, Elizabeth offers a space grounded in compassion, curiosity, and connection.
Jessica has learned that yoga isn’t about using the body to get into a pose, it’s about using the pose to come home to the body, the mind, and the heart.
For the first time, she has found a true sense of being at home within herself, and she hopes to guide her students toward discovering that same connection.
Jessica’s classes blend breath and movement with uplifting music and mindful energy, encouraging students to explore, listen, and move with intention. She believes yoga is more than a physical practice, it’s a journey of self-discovery, community, and connection.
She is overjoyed to share the joy, freedom, and peace that yoga has brought into her life and to inspire others along their own paths.
Off the mat, Jessica is a devoted wife and mom of two amazing kids. A lifelong local, she loves staying active, reading, and walking her two dogs around the neighborhood she calls home.
Lindsay first discovered yoga while studying to become a special education teacher and quickly found it to be a source of calm amid life’s demands. What began as a personal refuge soon became a passion to share. During her master’s program in educational leadership, she felt inspired to pursue yoga teacher training, recognizing how deeply the practice supported her well-being.
Certified in Hatha Yoga since 2006, Lindsay has also completed specialized training in prenatal yoga and in adapting yoga for students with diverse abilities. Balancing a full career and motherhood to three wonderful children, she continues to turn to yoga for grounding, joy, and perspective. Her teaching is rooted in compassion and mindfulness, and her goal is simple—to help others find balance, peace, and presence in their own lives.
Yoga has been my heart’s calling for as long as I can remember, more than movement, it’s a way of living and a path to self-discovery. Through breath, mindfulness, and movement, yoga has given me strength, healing, and connection, gifts I’m honored to share with others.
After years of teaching and leading Willow Yoga Inc., I created Serenity Willow, a space devoted to family wellness. My passion lies in guiding individuals through every stage of life—from prenatal to teen yoga—creating a nurturing environment where families can grow together in mindfulness, strength, and balance.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, I blend creative sequencing, breathwork, and mindfulness to make yoga accessible and deeply personal. My intention is simple: to offer a sanctuary where every student can discover peace, strength, and joy—on and off the mat.
