Anxious to Awesome
Our mission is to provide a welcoming space for this special class which is designed
for middle school and high school girls.
Over a fun and engaging three-week program, participants will discover how to identify and manage anxious feelings with easy-to-use strategies.
In this course, the young women will gain practical tools that are simple to understand and empowering to use whenever they feel anxious or stressed.
They'll learn to care for their own mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through a variety of activities, including breathing exercises, meditation, movement, games, art, and open discussions.
From quick, on-the-spot techniques to more comprehensive practices, students will acquire skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.
